To order your purchase :

  1. Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
  2. Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
  3. You can either choose to checkout as a guest or register an account on the Checkout page.
  4. You’ll need to confirm your shipping address and billing address.
  5. Based on your shipping address, a shipping fee will be calculated and displayed on the total.
  6. Next you’ll need to choose your payment method.
  7. Click “Place Order” to complete the order.

Log-in your account → Click on “Addresses” tab or “Account details” tab → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.

  1. Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
  2. Click Reset Password.
  3. A link will be sent to your email. Once you have received the email, click on the link and you will be able to choose a new password for your account.

Yes,  only if the order is still on processing status.

  • Just go to “My Account” -> click on “Orders” tab -> Click “Cancel Order
  • Orders that are in shipping or completed can not be canceled.
